My client, a market-leading manufacturer and distributor, are looking for an organised and dedicated Internal Sales Executive to join their busy team. They are recruiting on a full time, permanent basis and the role is situated in Woolston, Warrington. Benefits: Salary - £30,000 per annum basic salary, realistic OTE of up to £45,000 per annum Bonus – An annual bonus of up to 50% of basic salary Working Hours – 9am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday Holidays – 23 and a half days holiday, plus bank holidays and with the option to buy an additional 3 days Company Pensions Scheme Free Parking Role Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an allocated client base and generating sales opportunities within. They will liaise with customers by telephone and email, ensuring new and existing products are pitched effectively, driving sales revenues towards targets. Day-to-Day of the Role: To provide exemplary customer service and account management to build positive relationships with our clients, ensuring provision of products that are fit for purpose and meet the client’s expectations Generate sales opportunities within allocated client base, cross selling and upselling additional products at every opportunity Maintain ongoing contact with existing client database, ensuring they are kept up to date on the latest products and offers Accurately update the company CRM system to reflect any changes in customer information or orders Provide accurate product information and order updates to customers, advising in any changes or delays to orders promptly Specification: Previous experience within a customer facing/customer service environment is essential Proven experience within a sales-focussed environment is desirable An outgoing and proactive thinker An effective and confident communicator, both written and verbal A willingness and desire to learn company products If you meet the above specification, please apply right away
