Experience in estate agency/sales is essential. This role could be full or part-time depending on the applicant.
Duties will include:
* Meeting, discussing, and understanding the needs of sellers and buyers
* Scheduling appointments that are suitable with the client’s schedules
* Performing research of the local market by comparing properties and checking market activity to establish a selling price or any necessary reductions
* Liaising between the buyers and sellers to negotiate prices by using their marketing abilities and knowledge
* Taking photos and videos of properties for presentation to buyers and advertising
* Accompanying viewings
* Creating advertisements and brochures
* Sales chasing
* Valuation experience is desirable

The Sales Negotiator role could be full or part-time depending on the applicant, but the successful candidate must be able to work Saturdays (2 in 4, 10am to 2pm).
Due to the nature of the role, a successful applicant must hold a full UK driving licence and have use of a vehicle.
