Description We looking for a Regional HSE Manager to facilitate and lead HSE function in implementing strategic planning and deployment initiatives across Europe. Work with other functions to develop efficient HSE reporting systems and drive HSE efficiencies. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Introduce and implement the HSE Management system into facilities. Work with the field teams looking to develop a strong HSE culture and understanding of the HSE system and process. Maintain contacts with Global HSE team activities, providing input and direction as applicable, eg procedure development, training programs, global HSE objectives and targets. Maintain regular contact with HSE (in)direct reports, motivating and evaluating performance and collating employee development programs and initiatives. Support the HSE teams in necessary HSE requirements. Work with other business functions to drive for efficiencies in HSE reporting systems, identify potential for risk-based management and automation improvements. Provide guidance and direction in HSE compliance, sharing best practices. Participation in company internal HSE audit program Perform facility inspections, assessments to verify HSE management system compliance. Assist in the completion of HSE elements within operational tenders and contracts process. Liaise with customers, contractors, and regulatory bodies on HSE issues. Develop staff competencies in policies / procedures, risk assessment, project management and communication. Participate and lead incident investigations, as applicable. Preparing and issuing HSE Alerts Work with facility Management to drive a sustainable HSE Culture across all facilities. Travel across your region, if necessary one business trip a month. Monthly Performance Reporting HSE Balanced Scorecards HSE Summary Report HSE Targets & Objectives Update Set up a dashboard in CMO for your region JOB REQUIREMENTS: Comply with Global and Local HSE policies. Expectations to provide support / guidance within normal working hours. Ability to communicate with personnel at all levels within the organization. Education and Experience HSE Managers Qualifications preferably NEBOSH Diploma, or equivalent. Or A degree and HSE NEBOSH General Certificate, Understanding of HSE Compliance Lead Auditor trained. Over 10 years’ experience as a Regional Manager
