We, as Innovative Group of software solutions with Siteproductivity for construction, Kaligo handwriting app for education, are currently looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to accelerate our expansion into the UK, by growing our current client turnover, acquiring new clients, exploring new markets and setting up efficient sales processes and initiatives.
The company edits solutions for helping AEC (Architecture, Engineering and Construction) field workers improve their mobility, productivity, and comfort, while increasing the quality of project delivery. Built around actual user feedbacks, our star solution SiteSupervision is meant to be comprehensive yet easy-to-use and focused on what matters the most: saving time, money, the hassle of traditional paper-centric processes, and the troubles due to bad-quality projects. This enables an easy adoption of our solutions by both workers and supervisors in construction sites as well as production plants (e.g. automotive, energy, transports).
With SME to Tier 1 clients on 5 continents, we have been following a fast and steady growth from our creation in 2012 and now aim at becoming an international reference. In that regard, we launched the UK market in 2017 and lately opened offices to better serve our clients and better address growing market needs. We are now looking for new brilliant team mates!
Leading actor in our sales process, the Business Development Executive will work alongside the Digital Sales Specialist and in collaboration with the Customer Success Manager to grow the sales to AEC current clients, acquire new clients, identify new market segments, discuss potential partnerships, implement brand development initiatives, take part in the product innovation process, and set development strategies to enable a constant market expansion.
You will be part of a dynamic team based in the Midlands and take a primary role in growing our success in the UK market… and beyond!
What the role entails…
Your typical duties would include the following:
* Sales / Account Management (40 to 60%):
o Following up web / phone leads and new subscriptions to identify high-value accounts;
o Prospecting and meeting with key accounts to promote the solutions and sell enterprise level packages;
o Running online / onsite demos and assisting clients during the trial to increase the quality of their experience and the conversion rates;
o Following customer satisfaction and product adoption to increase their loyalty and the number of users, and favour revenue generation;
o Updating the CRM according to your activity.
* Business Development (40 to 60%):
o Networking with professionals from AEC target sectors, on small to large scale events;
o Taking part in the product innovation process by gathering tangible feedback from clients and users;
o Taking part in the Brand development process by feeding back the head office with market inputs and implementing marketing operations;
o Monitoring the market to identify new opportunities & threats and better assess our strengths and weaknesses compared to direct and indirect competition;
o Implementing a UK development strategy and regularly reporting to make sure the KPI are in line with the objectives.
Who we’re looking for…
…an entrepreneurial and tech-savvy businessperson, with a positive, humble yet ambitious mindset, proven business skills and interpersonal qualities enabling him/her to generate short term revenues while building a long-lasting business activity.
Ideally we’d like:
* 3+ years dealing with the AEC industry;
* few years of business experience post Bachelor degree (or equivalent);
* A good understanding of the tech start-up environment and business model;
* Computer skills including the Office suite (Word / Excel / PPT), Pipedrive, Intercom;
* Very good written and spoken English – willing to speak French is a plus.

* A £25-30,000 basic salary, depending on experience, with a motivating commission plan rewarding your initiatives and career evolution opportunities rewarding your ambition;
