As our teams grow, we seek our next Senior National Account Manager to join our team.

Every day is different at The Bread Factory, but here are some of the things you will be doing:
* Develop and nurture long-term strategic partnerships with key grocery customers to drive significant sales growth and brand visibility.
* Lead the day-to-day management of accounts, delivering exceptional support and service to buying teams.
* Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) with a focus on sustainable growth and outstanding in-store and online execution.
* Partner with retailers to negotiate effective agreements, optimising assortment, brand visibility, and healthy margins.
* Draft and implement a strategic roadmap to win new business with prospective customers.
* Develop an in-depth understanding of the category landscape, including key drivers and competition.
* Act as a category thought leader, driving growth while representing the business with authenticity and pride.
* Full accountability for P&L, ensuring delivery of budgeted sales and financial KPIs.
Our team tells us you will be a great addition if you have experience in:
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in FMCG. Proven experience as a National Account Manager in FMCG account management.
* Experience working alongside the top 4 Grocers
* Strong commercial and financial acumen with a strategic mindset.
* Experience using shopper, category, and consumer data sources to drive insights and inform strategic action plans.
* Excellent presenting and communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities.
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across internal and external teams.
* Proactive and innovative, with a track record of identifying and executing growth opportunities.
* Driven by achieving and exceeding targets with a can-do attitude and strategic focus.
