A Day in the Life
As Training and Education Specialist, you will be responsible for internal and external trainings in local training centers for the Cardiac Ablation Solutions. You will be required to travel 60-70% of your work time in both the UK and abroad.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
* Analysis of the territory needs and development of a T&E (training and education) plan accordingly. Strict collaboration with the local team to address customers and internal needs.
* Management of the local training centres and creation of new training centres, including KOL (key opinion leaders) management.
* Collaboration with the Marketing department on common projects to support business goals.
* Support of product launches in WE (Western Europe), sporadically outside of WE.
* Development of new training formats.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
* 5 years of experience in the Electrophysiology market.
* Full valid driving license, willingness and ability to travel.
* Advanced knowledge in using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and IT systems.
* Strong time management and prioritization skills, good communication skills.
Preferred qualifications include knowledge of instructional design techniques, knowledge of EP Map/Nav systems, IBHRE certification (The International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners) or equivalent, experience in simulation/VR/AI, and proficiency in another language apart from English.
