Key Responsibilities
* Assist in leading the store management team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
* Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth, manage inventory, and control costs.
* Maintain high standards of customer service, product knowledge, and visual merchandising.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in menswear retail.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* A strong understanding of retail operations, including stock management, pricing, and promotions.
