Key Responsibilities:
Client Management
Client Communication: Strong ability to engage and maintain positive relationships with clients via email, phone, and in-person.
RFQ Management: Answering basic Request for Quotations (RFQs) and assisting with pricing and proposal creation.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
CRM Management: Proficiency in managing and updating client information within CRM systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Project Management:
* Manage projects from kickoff meetings to final deliverables.
* Coordinate multi-country projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
* Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and internal teams.
* Team Collaboration:
* Work as part of a team, supporting colleagues to achieve project goals.
* Ensure all processes align with quality and client-oriented objectives.
Recruitment:
* Understand and interpret recruitment screeners.
* Script recruitment plans and schedule participant appointments.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to explore innovative recruitment strategies.
Neuro Research:
* Participate in training sessions to learn neuro research methodologies.
* Support the team in implementing neuro research techniques during fieldwork.
Market Research Facility Management:
* Book and coordinate market research facilities.
* Welcome clients and participants upon arrival.
* Manage streaming services and recording setups to ensure seamless operations.

Job Type:
City: Birmingham
Full-Time (Hybrid: Typically, 4-5 business days per week in our studios, with flexibility to adjust to 2-3 days during quieter periods).
Monday to Friday - 9am-6pm, with occasional late shifts

* Experience in customer-facing roles such as call centres, retail, or fast-food industries.
* Undergraduate candidates who aspire to build a career in research are encouraged to apply.
* No prior research experience is required; we provide comprehensive training.
* Live in Birmingham or willing to relocate as the job is not suitable with long commute

Salary: £24K to £30K a year depending on experience
