Customer Success Manager - PropTech
A highly successful Land and Property software company based in London is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join their growing start-up to scale-up business.
This new role will drive the delivery of top-level experience and outcomes for their clients. It will involve new customer onboarding, growing customer engagement and relationships, and ensuring all clients get the most out of their platform and services. As part of an exciting scale-up business in the fast-paced prop-tech sector, key responsibilities will include engaging with clients and new customer bases, ensuring their satisfaction, and collaborating with all internal parts of the business to improve services.
The right candidate for the Customer Success Manager position will have a solid background in client-facing or account management roles and the ability to foster and maintain client relationships. Excellent communication skills are essential, with the ability to deliver complex terminology in a simple manner. The ideal background would be in a tech company or a SaaS business, demonstrating a solid understanding of complex terminology and concepts.
The Overview:
1. Up to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience
2. Flexible hybrid position - 1 to 2 days onsite
3. Central London office
