Platinum Employment have a NEW Temporary assignment for a School Chef Manager (who can help cook and work in the kitchen) to join our client in Barnstable, for an ongoing assignment starting on the 10th February 2025!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the school kitchen team
Complete food preparation and cooking
Ensure food hygiene and safety standards are maintained
Monitor food stock levels and place orders
Adhere to school meal guidelines and dietary requirementsEssential Requirements:
Enhanced DBS Certificate (on the Update Service)
Food Hygiene Level 2 Certificate
