Rowlands Pharmacy is seeking a talented and experienced pharmacist to join our team in the Corwen branch. As a reputable and community oriented pharmacy chain, we are committed to providing the highest standard of care to our patients. This branch is staffed with a long standing and settled team including a Non Pharm Manager currently training as an ACPT, providing an excellent service to the local community from their setting in a popular rural tourist destination. Currently dispensing around 5,500 items per month, this is a relatively quietbranch. As well as providing a variety of services, this branch also utilises our Medipac robotic distribution technology. This frees up your time to provide the care our patients deserve.

Key Responsibilities
11. Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines
12. Provide medication counselling and support to patients, answering their questions and addressing concerns
13. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses, to optimize patient care
14. Conduct medication reviews and ensure safe and effective medication management
15. Maintain accurate patient records and manage pharmacy inventory
16. Provide immunization services (where applicable)
17. Offer advice on over-the-counter medications and healthcare products
18. Actively participate in health promotion and public health initiatives
What We Require
19. Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
20. Proven experience in a communitypharmacy setting
21. Strong commitment to patient care and safety
22. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
23. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
24. Up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical products and healthcare trends
25. A flexible and positive approach to problem-solving
