The Strategy and Performance Business Unit is responsible for providing high-level strategic planning, change management, leadership and direction for the City, supporting achievement of a more sustainable organisation and community. We enable organisational change through strong collaboration and partnership with key internal stakeholders.

About the Positions
We are seeking applications from Change Advisors who have significant experience in technology and/or culture change projects.
Reporting to the Change Lead of Strategy and Performance, these roles will develop and execute change management practices across technology and culture projects.
These change initiatives are delivering a range of benefits representing a leap forward in the City’s people and digital strategy.
Hands-on roles, the successful candidates will partner with various Project Teams to deliver end-to-end change solutions in line with the City’s Change Management Framework and Approach.
You will champion best practices in Prosci, Agile and Lean change approaches, have a passion for innovation and a commitment to implement strategic change initiatives that deliver measurable technology and culture impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Responsible for the development and delivery of all aspects of the change management strategy.
* Proactively works with key project team members (Project Managers, Business and Systems Analysts) to gather change requirements and understand future ways of working for impacted users.
* Responsible for the development and execution of Change Impact Assessments, Learning Plans, Communication and Engagement Plans, Adoption Measurement Approaches, Champion and SME Groups.
* Participates in business readiness planning to ensure the City of Stirling employees and customers are prepared for the change.
* Identifies opportunities, risks and mitigation strategies involved in the change.
* Supports the development and facilitation of learning and adoption including development of training plans and materials.
* Leads the continuous adoption of the change initiative and facilitates the successful delivery of technology and people projects that meet business needs.
* Provides regular and meaningful reports and updates to the Change Lead and senior leaders on the delivery of change management plans.
* Solicits feedback from stakeholders to determine the success of change management activities and ensure that behavioural changes align with strategic objectives.
* Leverages internal tools to develop engaging communication materials aligned to stakeholder communication and engagement requirements.
* Leverages support structures such as Change Champions, HR, IT, Strategy and Performance and Marketing to cross-collaborate.
* Fosters collaborative and mutually supportive relationships with all stakeholders to ensure high adoption rates.
About You
The following qualifications and experience are sought to be successful for this role:
* Prosci Change Management Certification highly desirable.
* Significant experience in ERP and/or organisational design change implementations.
* Previous experience in facilitating large scale ERP learning and training.
* Lean and/or Agile Change qualifications.
* Solid experience conducting Change Impact Assessments and developing effective future ways of working artefacts.
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement and management skills with the ability to navigate complex organisational structures and dynamics.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
* Advanced skills in Canva, Teams, MS Suite.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications.
The maximum term positions attract a salary from $106k gross pro-rata per annum plus superannuation.
