Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a basic understanding and experience of electrics, plumbing, painting, and pool facilities, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various equipment. An understanding of residential and commercial compliance would be beneficial.
This role requires a proactive approach to maintenance and will be fast-paced. Some flexibility around on-call rotas (call-out charges applicable) is required.
Responsibilities
* Conduct routine maintenance checks
* Troubleshoot and repair
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed
* Respond promptly to maintenance requests from other departments, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
* Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing all tasks
The role is Monday-Friday 8 am-4:30 pm with 30 minutes for lunch, with alternative Saturday work on a rota basis with other staff members. A day off in the week can be arranged rather than a 6-day week when working the Saturday if preferential.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
