Creative Kernow is looking for an administrator to provide support to the Creative Communities Director and team. The work involves a range of administrative tasks to enable the Creative Communities programme to run effectively, and you will be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking, and collaborative team.

Our Creative Communities team delivers activity across Cornwall, in line with this vision. Our core programmes are:
1. FEAST - investing in projects that support co-creation between artists and communities in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
2. Carn to Cove & C Fylm - touring the performing arts and cinema across the region.
3. Arts Lab - young people's programme to support creative health and wellbeing in schools and alternative education settings, delivered in partnership with Arts Well and Headstart Kernow.
Job Requirements
This is a part-time role to co-ordinate the administrative processes involved in programme delivery for the Creative Communities team. The role is line managed by the Carn to Cove Programme Manager but will work across the team.
Person Specification:
* An enthusiastic and proactive approach with an ability to use initiative & problem solve.
* Excellent IT skills and a comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office including Teams.
* Strong customer service skills and communication skills.
* A finisher with strong organisation skills.
* An interest in the arts and culture.
* An understanding of equity, diversity, and inclusion, in relation to this role.
* Experienced in event support.
* Experience of Sharepoint and CRM systems eg Salesforce, MS Access or Airtable.
* Experience of Wordpress and Mailchimp.
* Understanding of community engagement.
* Full driving licence and access to own transport.
