Our client is seeking a HR Advisor, with a strong Employee Relations experience, to join their supportive team, based in Frimley, for a 3 month contract. In this role, you will play a crucial part in fostering a positive workplace environment, and supporting their employees and managers through varies HR processes. Key responsibilities Employee Welfare Management Performance Management Grievance and Disciplinary Management Investigations Supporting flexible working requests Assisting with Recruitment Skills/Experience Previous experience as a HR Advisor, supporting in employee relations Good note taking skills would be desirable Able to commute to Frimley Ability to start on short notice and commit to at least 3 months
