Where you’ll work: This role is based at the College’s Tonbridge campus.
Your hours: 22.2 hours per week, 52 weeks per annum.

Your pay: £14,069.40 per annum, pro rata (£23,449 Full time equivalent)

The successful candidate will play a key role in providing technical support for the delivery of art courses within the department. Responsibilities include preparing learning materials for practical sessions and workshops, offering technical assistance as needed, and maintaining up-to-date safety records.
You will work closely with the art department to promote and implement safe studio practices throughout the learning environment. Tasks may involve conducting and assisting with kiln and printmaking workshop inductions, maintaining studios and specialized equipment, managing stock orders, and supporting staff with various duties. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in operating and maintaining kilns and printing presses.
A good knowledge of IT is essential, such as Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), and Outlook. An adherence to Health & Safety safe working practices is also essential.
