LVI Associates are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Managing Director to lead our client's Forensic Accounting team in the UK. The firm is renowned for delivering exceptional financial and advisory services, underpinned by a commitment to excellence, integrity, and innovation.
As the Managing Director of Forensic Accounting, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Forensic Accounting team, ensuring the delivery of top-quality services in complex and high-stakes situations. You will oversee comprehensive forensic accounting operations, including financial analysis, business valuation, economic damages, dispute analysis, litigation support, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the Forensic Accounting team to deliver high-quality services, ensuring operational excellence and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
2. Oversee forensic accounting operations, including financial analysis, business valuation, economic damages, dispute analysis, and litigation support.
3. Provide authoritative expert witness testimony in high-profile legal proceedings, bringing credibility and expertise to the client's cases.
4. Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients, legal professionals, and key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact.
5. Stay ahead of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the firm remains a leader in the forensic accounting field.
6. Drive significant revenue growth through client origination and business development, leveraging deep industry expertise and network connections.
7. Generate substantial revenue and bring over a book of business to the new firm, demonstrating the ability to sustain and grow high-value client relationships.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 12 years of experience in forensic accounting, litigation support, expert witness services, valuations, damages, and loss of profits.
2. Proven track record of substantial revenue generation from client origination.
3. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; ACA, ACCA, or CIMA preferred.
4. Additional certifications such as AM/ASA or BVI UK are desirable.
5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
7. Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
8. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
