Would you like to join our aspirational, joyful school community, where senior leaders and staff share a passion and determination to unlock the potential in every pupil?
We currently have casual roles available in our bank of supply Teaching Assistants. These roles provide cover for vacancies and sickness and therefore have no minimum guaranteed hours. Casual staff have the flexibility to work when they choose to be available.
The hourly rate for these roles is £12.10 with an additional SEN allowance of 84p per hour. Each day is 6 working hours from 9am to 3:30pm.
Applicants will have previous experience of working or volunteering with young people. Some experience of working with pupils with special educational needs would be an advantage, though not essential, as training will be given. The successful candidate could be required to work anywhere across the school, from our nursery up to 6th form.
At Meadowfield, we work hard to ensure that all of our pupils make excellent progress, and we continually seek to improve the wellbeing of both pupils and staff. From all staff, we expect commitment to the school and pupils, and a desire to improve and excel.
