VIQU have partnered with a UK retail company who are looking to recruit a IT Support Engineer to join their head office. This role will offer the successful candidate a greater understanding of the retail industry and give them exposure the organisations busy IT service.
The successful IT Support Engineer will deliver high-quality, timely support services to the company’s warehouse, office, and stores.
Key Responsibilities of the IT Support Engineer:
* Test, build and configure hardware across the organisation.
* Provide assistance to 250 computer system users.
* Incident trend analysis to resolve continuous problems and drive IT improvements.
* Understand user needs and suggest suitable software and hardware.
Key Requirements of the IT Support Engineer:
* 2+ years of Service Desk experience
* Experience with O365 and Windows servers
* Experience with Intune, Azure Active Directory, SharePoint
* Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP)
* Excellent communication and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Mobile Device Management (desired)
* ITIL experience (desired)
* Must hold a valid UK driving license
