Job Purpose As part of this exciting new position, you will take the lead in shaping and overseeing all aspects of compensation and benefits, from incentives to rewards and collaborative projects within Porsche Cars GB and Porsche Retail Group. You'll work hand-in-hand with both internal and external stakeholders, including service providers, to craft and roll out comprehensive compensation and benefit strategies. Your goal will be to create policies and programs that not only stand out in a competitive market but also engage and attract top talent in our ever-evolving industry. Core Specific Responsibilities Compensation Partner with the HR Manages on various compensation projects from planning and implementation to execution. Projects include, but are not limited to, job architecture, compensation analysis, survey participation, creation of salary structure and re-tendering. Conduct regular audits of compensation and benefits programs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and fairness. Present reports and presentations on compensation and benefits trends, costs, and effectiveness to senior management. Collaborate with finance teams for annual payroll, pension and benefit audits - providing internal and external auditors requested documentation. Perform ad hoc analysis for costing, program effectiveness and trend purposes. Produce consistent business metrics and reporting, and proactively adapt the presentation and content in line with the requirements of the senior leadership team. Benefits Oversee the performance and service delivery of all benefits vendors, consultants, and system providers, ensuring prompt resolution of issues while protecting the interests of the Company. Design and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy that addresses the diverse and evolving expectations of a modern workforce, aligning rewards with organisational values and performance outcomes. Address complex and technical compensation challenges presented by the HR team and business leaders by developing and executing sustainable and scalable solutions. Coordinate Benefits communications, creating solutions that utilize automation and self-service capabilities, and providing training as necessary. Assess the employee experience in collaboration with HR and stakeholders to ensure the consistency of processes and experiences. Offer guidance and support to managers and employees concerning inquiries and issues related to compensation and benefits. Keep abreast of legislative updates concerning compensation and benefits to ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. HR Operations & Analytics Identify inefficiencies with HR and Payroll systems and processes, articulating opportunities to improve these and working with relevant stakeholders to affect the changes and train ongoing compliance Producing consistent business metrics and reporting, and proactively adapting the presentation and content in line with the needs of HR leadership Collaborate with HR on ad hoc compensation requests to support the business. Drive automation of the collection and presentation of all key HR metrics. Payroll You'll have the opportunity to assist the Payroll Specialist with essential monthly payroll tasks whenever needed. This includes: Coordinating and gathering monthly payroll modifications to submit to our payroll provider. This encompasses Vehicle Loan Payments, Company Cars, Benefits, Pensions, and Court Orders. Reviewing and approving the monthly outputs to ensure that all necessary adjustments have been made accurately and are correctly applied.
