Role: Building Services Trainer/Assessor
Location: Cambridgeshire
Contract Type: Permanent Contract
Permanent Salary: Up to £41,000 per annum plus perks & benefits
Days: 5 days a week
Morgan Hunt is delighted to be working exclusively with a prestigious FE college in Cambridgeshire to help employ an experienced Building Services/Heating & Ventilation professional for their full-time Building Services Trainer/Assessor role. The Building Services Trainer/Assessor will ideally need to have:
1. Assessing and IQA qualifications are desirable, but training will be available for suitable candidates.
2. Previous experience of training, coaching, mentoring or assessing is desirable, within an educational or industry setting.
3. Knowledge of current Apprenticeship Standards and End Point Assessment requirements is desirable, but training in this area will be given to suitable candidates.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students from a range of backgrounds.
5. A commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning, and to supporting students to achieve their full potential.
