Job summary We are looking to recruit into our children & Young people inpatient mental health services at Acklam Road Hospital offering an exciting and unique opportunity for those wishing to become Band 3 Nursing Assistants, contributing to the inpatient care pathway. An opportunity has arisen for a role within our Children & young people's pathway which is currently a ten bed unit supporting young people to improve their mood and mental state with a focus on transitioning back to the community. Lotus Ward utilises skills across the whole team, full training and support will be available to the successful candidate. The successful applicant will work within a multi-disciplinary team assisting in the development and implementation of collaborative, needs based care plans. They will support the team in providing excellent and effective person centred care and will, as part of the inpatient team, be visible and accessible to patients, families and carers working together to ensure efficient, effective and caring services.
