About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Developer to drive the design, development and implementation of innovative reporting solutions within our Group. In this role, you will take ownership of reporting projects from inception through to delivery, ensuring they align with original specifications and meet agreed timelines.
You will play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimising our current BI reporting systems including SQL, ETL processes and stored procedures, to guarantee consistent and accurate reporting. Your expertise will also be critical in shaping our group data warehouse, providing valuable input into its design and ensuring it fully supports group-wide reporting needs.
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders, you will work to align KPIs with the wider business strategy and deliver insights that support data-driven decision-making.
Who we are looking for
The BI Developer will have a strong technical background and a passion for data-driven insights. You will have experience with SQL, including proficiency with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) and experience in Microsoft BI solutions like SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS and PowerBI.
You will have a proven track record in developing complex ETL and MI/BI solutions, creating and optimising ETL flows with a focus on best practices and efficiency. With strong analytical skills, you’ll excel in data analysis, interpretation, and visualization, leveraging both internal data and third-party data sources to drive deeper insights and enhance decision-making.
