We offer an outstanding training package that will support you through your formal accountancy qualification, alongside receiving mentoring and on the job support from a number of qualified accountants and experienced trainers. We are accredited with all the major CCAB Accountancy bodies.
As a Band 5 Management Accountant you will be part of a team, helping to deliver sound financial management within one of the Care Group portfolios within UHD. Though each of the x4 Care Group portfolio are different they cover as an example expenditure budgets of over £170m and over 2,000 staff.
We are looking for a candidate who is keen to become a qualified accountant and develop a career in NHS finance. The successful candidate will be working as part of a committed team and should be able to demonstrate a desire to work in Finance as well as the NHS; the ability to work in a team and to deadline prioritising workload and able to communicate well to non-finance colleagues.
Base Location: Poole Hospital
