What the Job Involves At Hillingdon, as a Senior Practitioner, you will mentor, coach, and supervise aspiring social workers while supporting vulnerable children and young people. You are responsible for a complex social work caseload, collaborating with council officers, external agencies, and partners. You will apply various social work models to meet client requirements while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with data protection protocols.
