The Role: We are in search of a talented MFL Teacher who can inspire and engage students through high-quality language instruction. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver stimulating MFL lessons that align with the national curriculum. Establish a positive and inclusive classroom culture. Support students in achieving their language learning objectives. Evaluate and track student progress, providing constructive feedback. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the curriculum's evolution. Engage in professional development and stay current with best practices in language teaching. Enhance cultural awareness within the curriculum. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Degree in Modern Foreign Languages or a related subject. Preferably experienced in teaching MFL at the secondary level. Strong classroom management abilities. Excellent communication skills and a passion for languages. Desirable: Experience teaching more than one language. Ability to organize and lead extracurricular language programs. Experience using technology to support language learning.
