PMO Analyst – All Experience levels Rate DOE London based, hybrid 6 month minimum contract Core Responsibilities The main responsibility of the role focuses on project management support activities. At the core of the role will be a main project focusing around the establishment of a UK based Service Company with potential involvement in a further programme. Additional ad hoc involvement relates to the wider team’s strategic initiatives. Support the project team in the day-to-day executing and management of all project aspects; including: Maintain and organize project documentation, ensuring version control and accessibility for team members. Assist in the creation, maintenance and formatting of project artefacts; including: Action Logs RAID Logs Decision Logs Presentation Material Project Plans Minutes of Steering Committee Meetings Project Budgets Schedule and coordinate meetings, and distribute relevant materials. Management of working groups and associated follow-ups. Establishment of working group sub-proposals and analyses. Creation of presentation material for Cross Working Group, Steering Committee and Senior Management meetings. Facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties. Assist in analyzing project performance metrics. Support developing the business cases for strategic projects of the team; including: This will include data analysis, preparations of decks and associated Excel / PowerPoint and research work. Own, coordinate and deliver sub-topics and take the lead in driving items forward for assigned initiatives.
