The Deputy Director for Lived Experience will work highly autonomously whilst reporting closely into the Director for Lived Experience. You will be responsible for supporting the operationalisation of Lived Experience Practice (LXP) in MPFT, in line with the vision and strategic direction set by the Director for Lived Experience. They will hold strategic oversight and provide guidance and support across the organisation in regards to Co-production, partnering with our communities and colleagues - including peer workers- across MPFT. You will be responsible for promoting the vision and values of MPFT and for the trust's priorities in regards to Lived Experience, Co-production and Community Voice. They will lead by example and ensure that they demonstrate the trust values in collaborative work with communities and colleagues across the organisation, ensuring support to teams and services who wish to embed lived experience, co-production, involvement and an enhanced focus on user voice and experience in all that we do.
