Role Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work with the EPIC training team in Barnstaple. This is a substantive full-time role.
About the Role
The administration role supports the Electronic Patient Record (Epic) training delivery which in turn supports front line staff recording patient care. Do you have what it takes to be the ideal candidate, demonstrating good time management and communication skills? Do you have excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office, Teams and Learn+) and a keen eye for detail? Are you able to remain focused under pressure in a busy often distracting office environment? The role involves taking an active part in planning, scheduling and coordinating training resources to meet the needs of the service and support the training offering.
Responsible for providing coordinated administration and clerical support for the Digital Training team who are responsible for scheduling, planning, coordinating and delivering the Epic application training to RDUH Trust Staff.
To be the key contact within the Training Team for Trust wide managers and staff, answering queries and offering advice and guidance with regards to Epic development and training curriculum.
Lead on specific engagement activities, as directed by the Training Manager, core to the promotion of Epic Training opportunities.

Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30 to 16:30.
