Salary: £41,500 per annum

Job Overview
We’re looking for registered physiotherapists who enjoy making a difference in people's lives every day. If you are looking for a break from shift work or are seeking a new exciting career opportunity to develop and enhance your nursing skills while helping people, apply and become a Functional Assessor.
You will carry out assessments to understand how a person’s disability or health condition affects their daily life and produce factual reports to help the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) determine their eligibility for benefits.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Conduct telephone, video, or face-to-face assessments to understand how a person's disability or health condition affects their daily life.
* Produce Work Capability Assessment (WCA) reports to help the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) determine a person’s eligibility for benefits.
* Develop your clinical knowledge and assessment skills with the support of regular feedback and supervision.
What We Look For
* HCPC-registered with at least 1 year’s broad post-registration experience in the UK.
* A proactive and keen learner with excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Someone comfortable using computer software to type and produce detailed reports.
* An expert clinician comfortable working with a diverse range of conditions, including complex cases and mental health conditions.
