Your key responsibilities include:
* Diagnostic Expertise: swiftly diagnose and address malfunctions, minimising downtime and ensuring optimal machine performance.
* Proactive Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance checks and implement preventive measures to uphold peak machine performance.
* Technical Repairs: Expertly replace or repair faulty components, including dispensing mechanisms and electrical elements, to restore machines to working order.
* Inventory Management: Efficiently manage inventory for timely repairs, respond professionally to service calls, and deliver effective customer support.
* Technical Expertise: Program and calibrate machines for consistent high-quality beverage dispensing. stay abreast of software enhancements and maintain meticulous records for performance analysis.
