Your Role As an Apprenticeship Trainer, you will: Engage Learners: Support apprentices through recruitment, inductions, and initial assessments. Deliver Excellence: Create and deliver innovative, high-quality learning experiences tailored to meet employer and apprentice needs. Foster Growth: Coach apprentices to develop workplace and leadership skills, enabling them to achieve their potential. Collaborate: Work closely with employers to create bespoke learning and delivery plans. Monitor Progress: Conduct effective progress reviews and ensure compliance with assessment standards and OneFile e-portfolio systems.
