Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting project management activities, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. This position requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively across various teams. Familiarity with project management tools along with methodologies will be advantageous.
Duties
1. Collaborate with project managers to gather requirements and define project scope.
2. Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
3. Monitor project progress and performance, implementing cost control measures as necessary.
4. Support decision-making processes and present findings to stakeholders.
5. Track tasks and deliverables.
6. Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
7. Participate in regular project meetings, providing updates on status and identifying potential risks or issues.
8. Support leadership in driving continuous improvement initiatives within project processes.
Requirements
1. Proven experience in a similar role or relevant field is preferred.
2. Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex information effectively.
3. Familiarity with project management methodologies desirable.
4. Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
5. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
6. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for presenting information clearly to diverse audiences.
7. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: £27,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
