Job Summary
AnordMardix have a new opportunity for a Planning Support to join our U.K. team in Kendal, Castle Mills. What a typical day looks like :
1. Track and report production schedule changes and related documentation.
2. Provide accurate Master Planning Schedule data to drive correct MRP action for build and buy decisions.
3. Organize and coordinate the weekly IBar production planning schedule meeting
4. Publish daily and weekly look-ahead schedules reporting relevant data and information across project stakeholders.
5. Contribute to the monthly Business Planning meeting
6. Calculate compile and communicate business performance against key performance indicators and performance metrics.
7. Support the business Schedulers with their day to day administrative tasks
8. Work closely with all Key stakeholders across the business
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
9. Experience in Demand Management and Business Analytics
10. Advanced IT skills, particularly in MS Project, Excel, Word etc
11. Proficient in project management controls and understand multi-function projects requiring both internal and external resources
12. Effective communicator on all project levels to senior and middle management
13. Requires the ability to effectively present information
14. Proven application of various planning methodologies used across multi-disciplined projects
15. Exceptional communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
16. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task on a regular basis.
17. Proven experience in Process Improvement Plans
18. Successful candidate must possess a strong sense of urgency and time management skills to meet deadlines.
19. Successful candidate must be willing to do multisite working if and when required
