Quality Engineer
A Day in the Life: As a Quality Engineer, you will be an integral part of our QHSE function and will be responsible for maintaining and improving the company’s QMS, as well as acting as a key interface for Quality, with both internal and external customers. As part of your role, there will also be Inspection-related tasks which you are required to deliver.
Key Accountabilities:
The identification and implementation of quality improvement
opportunities across the manufacturing site, branches, and
suppliers.
• Host external Audit activities including pre audit preparation.
• Administration and resolution of Customer Complaints
including RCA and CAPA.
• The implementation and maintenance of process controls to
support the manufacturing processes including creation and
implementation of Quality plans, ITP, and SOPs.
• Maintenance and analysis of data to communicate and
improve key quality objectives.
• Manage, monitor, measure and improve supplier quality
performance.
• Manage internal QMS and Process Audits to schedule.
• Conduct Supplier and Branch audits.
• Monitor, measure and improve internal scrap and rework.
• Administer customer QHSE portals and questionnaires.
• Manage the calibration system.
• In collaboration with QHSE Manager, engage in H&S and
Environment Activities.

Qualifications
• ISO9001 Lead Auditor
or equivalent

• UK Driving Licence

• Experience within a
similar role for a
minimum of 3 years

in engineering
background (Desirable)
