At Demipower it is an exciting time for our business. Following several successful acquisitions, we are the largest KFC UK Franchisee with 120 Restaurants. As we enter a new phase of our business development, we are searching for an experienced Equipment Services Manager who can drive forward the equipment/service management across our estate. The role is on a permanent basis, based out of our Ruislip office with occasional travel to Restaurants.
What will you be doing:
* The Equipment Services Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our teams and our supply partners deliver a safe, compliant service on time and to budget, while maintaining excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Always manage the team effectively to ensure high levels of individual and collective performance delivering the contractual KPI’s as a minimum.
* Ensure effective and timely delivery of supplier services to agreed timescales, service requirements, scope, and quality.
* Provide monthly restaurant checks and routine compliance audits.
* Manage and deliver contracted services in accordance with agreed processes and service level agreements to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.
* Track and control supplier costs and provide clear and timely reporting of variances.
* Establish and maintain excellent working relationships based on open and honest communication.
* Present a credible and professional image both Professional and personal.
* Ability to create a plan and manage the business strategically.
* Ability to communicate across multiple stakeholders, identifying problems and opportunities for continuous improvement.
* Professional qualification and appropriate professional body membership preferred.
* Able to work with a high degree of initiative, creativity with a wide scope for discretion.
* Managing and mitigating risks related to the responsibilities of the business.
* Monitors spend and financial forecasting (both Opex and Capex). Focuses on using best business practice to improve efficiencies and operating costs.
* Management of assigned activities and projects within own department or with other functions and external businesses. Reviews and evaluates projects in progress.
* Optimizing vendor performance through effective SLA and performance management.
* Development and provision of data/metrics/reporting towards management on services, budget, quality, risk, and other.
