We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic candidate to join our friendly and supportive team in Outpatients A/Oncology, (Outpatients B (Fracture & Orthopaedic Clinic), Gynae Outpatients and ENT.
Outpatients is a diverse, multidisciplinary environment which requires flexible and adaptable skills, an aptitude to learn and a motivation to develop your own clinical skills in line with progressive service delivery.
Main duties of the job
The post is vital in supporting patients through their Outpatient Journey, as well as assisting the Doctors and Nurses with examinations and offering emotional support.
The candidate must have experience working in a busy environment and will be able to demonstrate flexibility to cover when required across all departments.
We are looking for someone confident who can communicate formally on first contact, dealing with everyone in a polite, friendly, and welcoming manner. Demonstration of excellent communication skills and time management in a busy setting is essential.
