We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Recruitment and Operations team as a Process Coordinator to help us achieve outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process & Improvement: Checking candidates meet the set criteria and put patient safety at the heart of all decisions when selecting candidates. Ensuring that candidates are fully compliant, in line with Home Office guidelines. Sharing your best practice and improvement ideas with the wider team.
* Candidate Experience: Delivering a positive and pro-active referral experience and engaging and communicating candidates during the full process.
* Data/Communication/Metrics: Taking responsibility and keeping up to date with regulations, guidelines and processes to ensure that patient safety is at the heart of everything you do. Promoting trust, inclusiveness and wellbeing at all times.
* Accountabilities: Providing outstanding customer service and support to candidates and other team members across the business.
Working collaboratively across the business you will deliver an outstanding, compliant referral onboarding experience. Taking a focussed and engaged approach on the time it takes from trust approval, through to booking first shift and continuing a complaint life cycle with NHS Professionals

The successful candidate will:
* Have experience within a recruitment based position
* Demonstrate effective and professional communication skills
* Be able to use their own initiative to plan time effectively and prioritise all incoming work on a daily basis
* Be positive and pro-active to provide an outstanding customer service experience

This position offers remote working. There is opportunity to work from one of our core offices (Hemel Hempstead, Leeds, Manchester) however not essential.
