Summary of the Customer Account Manager - Spares role
Salary: up to £25,000 per annum
Location: Bedford - 100% office based
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday - Friday full-time
Responsibilities of the Customer Account Manager - Spares
* Process and dispatch of spares machine parts.
* Respond to queries and update customers on order progression.
* Convert quotes into orders.
* Raise and progress purchase orders.
* Log all incoming orders.
* Monitor spares inventory, reporting status to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements for a successful Customer Account Manager - Spares
* Previous administration experience.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Well organised with excellent time management.
* Strong IT skills with proficiency in Word and Excel.
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
* Attention to detail.
