Autism Learners has a job opening at a competitive rate of pay for a behavior technician/behavior assistant to provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) treatment to children with autism and related disorders at our local Woodbridge, VA office. We are looking for talented, compassionate, hard-working, and dedicated individuals to provide behavior-analytic support to our clients.
Hours: Afternoon and afterschool.

Job Duties:
1. Implement treatment plan with fidelity.
2. Implement behavior and skill acquisition programs with fidelity.
3. Complete data summary reports for assigned cases.
4. Meet all deadlines on or before the due date for assigned tasks and reports.
5. Attend all monthly team meetings.
6. Meet with the BCBA on your case at least twice per month.
7. Keep a record of your supervision and task-related hours.
8. Act as a mandated reporter on all cases.
Requirements:
1. Completed 40-hour RBT training course (preferred).
2. Bachelor's Degree in applied behavior analysis, special education, psychology, or related field (preferred).
3. Certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (preferred).
4. 1 year of experience working in the field of education, behavioral health, mental health, or applied behavior analysis (preferred).
5. Current CPR/First Aid certification.
6. Have access to modern technology devices such as a laptop, iPad, tablet, smartphone, etc. that can be used to perform day-to-day work tasks, on-site and off-site.
7. Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and vehicle insurance.
8. Must be available to work afternoon and evening hours at least 2 days a week.
9. Clear background check.
