Prince, a well-established recruitment agency based in Telford, is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our dynamic team on a permanent basis. This is a key role within our business, providing outstanding customer service and essential administrative support to two consultants. You will play a vital part in connecting candidates with exciting new opportunities and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
This varied role requires a proactive individual with strong administrative and customer service skills, along with excellent organisational abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engaging with candidates to discuss new job opportunities
* Coordinating interviews and sending confirmation emails
* Keeping candidates informed throughout the recruitment journey
* Providing feedback to unsuccessful candidates
* Preparing compelling job advertisements for consultants
* Conducting candidate interviews both in-person and via telephone
* Preparing documentation for new temporary assignments
* Ensuring compliance by completing all necessary reference and legal checks
* Conducting aftercare calls for placed candidates (temporary and permanent)
* Creating and sending targeted email campaigns to candidates
* Proactively tracking candidate progress through outbound calls
* Maintaining and updating the in-house CRM system
* Accurately updating management information for the team
* Formatting candidate CVs to a professional standard
