JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Production and Supply Chain Manager, this role focuses on the manufacturing of custom electrical panels. It includes tasks such as raising purchase requisitions, managing stock levels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams like the Electronic Technician, Project Engineering Department, and System Integrator. Given the dynamic nature of the work, the position requires adaptability, a strong willingness to learn, and the ability to take on new challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assemble and wire electrical control panels.
2. Manage and requisition stock for ancillary equipment.
3. Provide technical expertise to the Engineering team on panel design, layout, and wiring.
4. Maintain a tidy work environment and assist with general maintenance.
5. Support warehouse operations as needed.
6. Maintain open communication with the Production Manager and Project Managers to ensure smooth order processing.
7. Keep supplier records updated as per company QMS requirements.
8. Perform various other tasks as required.
