Main duties of the job
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in the Outpatient and Pre-Assessment departments.
* Working collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure the best clinical outcomes.
* Participating in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
* Monitoring and assessing patient conditions and reporting changes to the medical team.
* Providing education and support to patients and their families.
What you'll bring with you
* Current NMC registration
* Previous experience working within an Outpatients or Pre-Assessment department
* Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
* Flexible and positive attitude
* A warm, considerate and empathetic character
