Sales and Account Development Teams manage the relationships with prospects and existing business customers. International Field Enablement (IFE) is responsible for driving productivity for our 2000 Sales & Account Development Teams through effective capabilities, training and communications. We’re seeking a strategic and passionate Senior Manager to deliver transformational change and drive success through the development of a best-in-class sales capabilities roadmap, management of ICS capability contracts and ensuring Sales and Account Development colleagues are utilising their Tech stack. The successful candidate will also be responsible for prioritising Salesforce Change Requests and helping deploy new capabilities to ensure ICS Team Members are as effective and efficient in their roles as possible. Responsibilities The successful candidate will collaborate with the Salesforce Technologies Team, ICS Sales and Account Development Leaders, GCS Field Tools Team and the ICS COE to understand opportunities to deliver significant sales growth, drive productivity, efficiency and compliance. Specifically, the successful candidate will be responsible for: Building and implementing the ICS sales team capabilities roadmap - including research, investment justification Regular priortisation of the Oneforce Change requests raised Vendor management including contract renewals and new feature implementations for ICS third party tools like D&B Hoovers and Linkedin Sales Navigator Managing the guided selling implementation plan, enhancement roadmap, training and user enquiries Managing Oneforce Training for ICS Sales and Account Development Teams Helping manage the content repository for ICS Sales Teams that contains collateral and information they require for customer interactions. Including enhancements and reporting Leading a team of Capability Analysts Qualifications The ideal candidate will have: Significant experience in Technologies, Sales/Account Development roles, Product Management, or consulting in a Regional or Global Team Experience collaborating across many functional areas (such as Technologies, Finance, sales, Marketing, Product, Operations) to lead the design and delivery of capabilities A detailed understanding of Salesforce strongly preferred Experience leading strategy Project Management experience desirable Flexibility and resilience to respond to changing requirements of the business Strong communication (written and verbal), and influencing skills at all levels in an organisation particularly with more senior audiences Strong financial literacy Proven people leader We back our colleagues and their loved ones with benefits and programs that support their holistic well-being.
