Job Description
We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Project Planner to work with our global FMCG client Elida Beauty, renowned for brands such as V05, TIGI, Timotei, and Impulse, to become an integral part of their fast-paced FMCG environment.
The position is based in Holborn, London. This is a full-time temporary role for 9 months, requiring 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday. Compensation for this role is paying up to £46,500 per annum pro rata, depending on experience.
There will be a requirement to work onsite 2 days per week for as long as the business permits (Role currently offers a mix of remote & onsite working, subject to adjustment based on business requirements).
Your Role & Key Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced innovation planner who has a very strong growth mindset and a can-do culture of doing what it takes to win. We’re looking for someone who thrives in balancing brand, consumer, customers, with the ambition to deliver a substantial step up in profitable growth of the current perimeter.
As the Innovation Planner, you will play a crucial role in the Innovation Planning process, ensuring that you are supporting the commercial strategy and vision through the delivery of innovation projects taking into account information from key stakeholders (Marketing, R&D, Procurement, Customer Development).
Your Key Responsibilities
1. E2E execution of Innovation Planning Team Strategy
2. Collaborate with Marketing, R&D, Procurement, Customer Development to incorporate key innovation plans into the market
3. Define and develop network activities, innovation planning process and ensure delivery of key activities on time in full
4. Ensure agile delivery of ideas into launch – through a test launch and scale up
5. Responsible for delivering OTIF projects with incremental turnover and margin improvements
6. Work closely with the Planning Control Tower teams for planning activities
7. Ensure the SKU portfolio is regularly reviewed ensuring we address delist, margin improvement or volume/MOQ correction
8. Work closely with all SC functions to ensure delivery of SC related activities on time in full as part of the network
9. Keep an eye on the new trends from the consumers based on inputs from marketing and ensure a supply solution through 3PM procurement
10. Support process hygiene and lead technology transformation where relevant

2. Key representative of Elida Beauty Limited within the organization as well as externally across various key stakeholders and organizational bodies
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in business, finance or supply chain management
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Innovation Planning, Supply Planning, Demand Planning or an R&D innovation focused role
3. Demonstrated conceptual problem-solving ability; excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
4. Ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure with autonomy
5. The ability to effectively lead and engage cross-functional global teams and a willingness to take responsibility and accountability
6. Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to deliver results in a lean, agile organization and able to adapt to changing priorities
7. Experience working with Microsoft Project and building networks/timelines
8. Experience in project management
9. Strong Excel Skills
