We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our team.
The Role
As Chef de Partie, you will supervise your section and assist the Sous Chef to ensure high standards of food preparation are achieved in order to create guest satisfaction. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring that a consistently high level of food preparation is delivered, whilst also following Company guidelines and recipes. You will assist in the control of all food supplies and purchases coming in and going out of the kitchen, using date labeling processes and have full knowledge of all menu items and their service.
The Person
As well as having previous experience in a similar role as Chef de Partie and having relevant food safety qualifications, you will be a strong team player but also have the initiative to work on your own. You will be able to demonstrate passion for cooking and exceptional service standards with attention to detail, a positive attitude, and willingness to work as part of a team. Finally, you’ll have a good command of the English language and be very well presented.
