Hoop are currently on the lookout for teachers, for a number of Secondary School placements due to commence in September 2024.
Duties will include:
Delivering lessons and supporting pupils as they undertake work in line with the National Curriculum priorities
Providing suitably challenging learning opportunities for pupils to promote academic progress
Assessment of learning taking place and planning for future progress
Maintaining good classroom discipline in line with the school behaviour policy
Promoting the school ethos and adhering to all school policies and procedures
Working closely with all school colleagues and under direction of the school leadership teamThe ideal candidate will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Have experience teaching Welsh at all secondary levels from KS3-KS5
Have excellent organisational and planning skills and be able to communicate effectively at all levels
Be a passionate practitioner with the desire to improve the education outcomes for all pupils
Be able to support and promote the ethos of the school in line with relevant school policies
Be registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
Hold a current, Enhanced Child Workforce DBS certificate (registered with the update service) or be willing to undertake a checkHoop Benefits include:
