Responsibilities:
* Install, configure, and maintain Nokia OLTs, routers, and switches in a central office setting.
* Oversee rack installations, power connections, and cable management.
* Diagnose and resolve hardware and connectivity issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
* Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, changes, and maintenance logs.
* Work closely with NOC teams, field technicians, and engineers to optimize network performance.
* Participate in on-call rotations for emergency support and troubleshooting.
Skills/Must Have:
* Strong expertise in FTTH technology, optical networking, and central office operations.
* Hands-on experience with Nokia network equipment.
* Previous experience in an ISP or telecom environment.
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
* A valid driver’s license and ability to travel for on-site work when needed.
Preferred but not required:
* Nokia Optical Network Certifications.
* Industry-standard networking certifications (CCNA, JNCIP, etc.).
