📅 Hours: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM) + 15 Saturdays per year (10:00 AM - 3:00 PM)

Your Role as a Property Manager:
🏡 Build and maintain excellent relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
🔧 Receive and allocate maintenance jobs efficiently.
📞 Manage communications via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
🔎 Organize and conduct property inspections during tenancies.
📑 Handle end-of-tenancy check-outs and inventories.
⚖️ Ensure properties comply with current legislation by organizing regulatory certificates.
📝 Manage and set up new tenancies.
