Job Title: Administrative Support Location: BD7 Hours: Open to full and part time Contract Duration: 6 - 9 months Our client seeking a dedicated and organised Administrative Support professional to join there team. The successful candidate will assist in managing the increased workload as they expand our activities. Key responsibilities include: Diary Management: Managing the diaries of Directors. Event Coordination: Liaising with stakeholders and coordinating events Initiative Support: Supporting the rollout of new initiatives, including onboarding processes. Inbox Management: Managing the inbox and scheduling across the team. Key Requirements: Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous administrative experience is preferred.
